How I can give access to a single user to a single component

not possible edit access to any componente, menu, article o module in panel of joomla

It's quite simple. The motices and warining happens when you just install the component as gmid and level are added to the JUser object by a user plugin.
Logout and login again to make them disapear.
If it it still doesn't function verify the following directories are writtable: and install again.
Check the plugin order as stated on the install notes.
