If a user has access to an item or cat, can they edited it from the front-end, am I missing something?

I can't even seem to edit the article I published myself from the front-end.

Read this feature was in development back in Apr/May is it not possible yet?

Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

LOL
The button is only on the items view at the moment. If you don't have it on your template, you just have to insert this line in the item.php file of your template directory:
Code:
<?php echo flexicontent_html::editbutton( $this->item, $this->params ); ?>
