thaks to all, i've solved in this way:
- import old db in a new joomla 2.5 website
- update this site to joomla 3
- export the tables and import in the site of my interest

also with Joomla 3,
you should use v3 BETA6b (tested and stable)
or v3 BETA7a (new, untested, this will be RC / final after bug-fixing)
