Custom Layout Params for Universal Module was created by igcorreia

I am trying to create a new theme that uses 2 custom parameters. With and Height my problems is that the parameters don't appear like the carousel layout.

Don't know what can I possibly be doing wrong.

Is this how it is suppose to be done?
Duplicate carousel.php and xml and changed names.
Open xml and change everything that says carousel but.

Hello

-- Joomla' module manager (and Nonumber module manager ?) do parameter validation ... the above means that they will not save parameters that do not exist inside the mod_flexicontent.xml

if you read the top of carousel.xml you will find a warning saying exactly this,

-- so currently only way is to enter parameters of the new layout inside the mod_flexicontent.xml

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
