Hello
Joomla version : 3.3.1
FC version : FC2 V1911

I have distinct problems for display carousel

example page : j3.naouri-market.com
At the bottom of the page there 3 universal module carousel.

I display only images from articles. I don't use the Universal image option as for some images I need a tooltip and an hyperlink and for some others not.
So I use a hidden field which copies the images url and the html code to get a tooltip and/or an hyperlink when necessary.

1st problem : all my images are 330px x 160px. In the 2 right modules I want to display only 1 image. I have put 0px for all padding, borders and margin in carousel option page. I don't understand why I get a border around the images.

2nd problem : In the left module I'm testing the carousel with at least 2 images. I get a problem using the scroll option.

using horizontal display I get the 2 images one under the other.

Using vertical display display I get only half an image scrolling horizontally.

what I want to do : having scrolling images horizontally or vertically (of course complete images).

What do I need to do to get it working.

thank you for help

best regards

Michel

Hello

about the carousel ITEM containers
(e.g. you may only display an image inside each of them)

- the width of them is fixed for horizontal scrolling

- the height of them is fixed for vertical scrolling\

-- the width viewport of the carousel is responsive and is recalcuted on every scroll

if you have display problems, you will need to look at
- configuration parameters of the carousel,
- check for conflicting CSS,

e.g. you can test with Joomla's default templates to see if they make a different

e.g. you have a rule that adds border our the container and it looks like the image has a border
Code:
#mod_fcitems_box_standard192 div.mod_flexicontent_standard_wrapper { border-width: 1px !important; ... }

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.

Hello Michel

please do this, temporarily (for the purpose of testing)

1. place the module in a different module / position
and
2. test with 2 other Joomla templates,

-- if you find something that looks like a issue then i will look at it
