Explanation for dynamic filter needed was created by mkoepf

Hi,

can you explain how the configuration of the dynamic filter in the "Custom (non-CORE) fields scope" exactly works?
Perhabs with an example?
I tried some possibilities but nothing worked.

hello didi you read popup explain ?
the idea is to filter result in regards of content field like display all items where have same value in a custom field

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Hi,

sure I have read the the popup explanation.
But it did not work as expected.
I defined a new field (text) and assigned it to 2 different content types.
Then I entered the same value in items of both content types.
But the related item was not shown.

Was the way to do it correct?
And is it correct to enter the internal fieldid of the field in the box?
