Yes , we could identify an item via a field that has unique value,
- but it would be user responcibilty that field is unique
- we can of course print warning if duplicate value exists and refuse to update multiple items
... or allow updating multiple items as a feature to change value massively

Yes I would like to do this with native import flexicontent. But I don't know how to do this because I see only update with test on item id ?

Exactly, i meant to add possibilty to update by finding item via title, now such an option does not exist
