i see that mootools is loaded before jQuery in the website

I do not know what is mootools.
I looked on google.
And so I searched in plugin, and I can not find it.
Personally it's not a plugin I downloaded

you can use easyjquery plugin and dissable mootool

"mootools" is a Javascript library that is loaded by other extensions

can you install Joomla 3rd party plugin "jQueryEasy"
and try to load mootools after jQuery ?

media / system / js
and I've removed everything that was called mootools

please do not deactivate mootools loading

if it is loaded then it was loaded by some code / plugin that needs it
so deactivating / removing it will make other Javascript errors

also please note that this particular issue is not a bug in our module
and despite the above still answering here and trying to work this out

jQueryeasy which should handle loading mootools before jQuery

if after installing and using the above you stilll have issue with the module
then you can provide super admin access to the website with a PM

mootools is a JS library that has been shipped with Joomla , since Joomla 1.0

Flexicontent no longer makes use of it , except for the "mini-gallery" field

If any extensions loads it, then it is important that it gets loaded after jQuery
otherwise javascript execution will break
