Pour ton soucis de bouton et de message dans le formulaire de saisie je pense qu'il te faut vérifier le template de saisie (nouveauté de flexi)
Pour remettre le tab
Va dans la configuration générale et vérifie les réglages et sauve
Puis la même chose dans chaque theme

J'ai modifié la configuration.
Cela fonctionne maintenant que ce soit dans la 4.0.2 ou dans la 4.1.0b
