Hello

Fixed it

Reason was that all user groups except public and super-admins were deleted
and we needed at least 1 usergroup to give the extra FLEXIcontent permissions

solution was to give these ACL permissions to super-admins
(they had them already , but we now give them explicetely to them too ... harmless)
