Using Filemanager to upload local files

Using Filemanager to upload local files was created by dsautelet
I can not get the filemanager to upload any type of local file. We need to upload magazine articles to our website but can not find a filetype Flexi recognizes. We tried docs, xml, and nothing. Can this not be done as it said? We take articles from Indesign and need to put them on the website.

add mime option (.indd ...) in joomla configuration and flexicontent config

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

I got a fatal error when I did this and am still getting error even after removing.

the best way zip your indd ... it's more secure
