Don't show blocked content

I want users to be able to log into the site and see/access only their content. FlexiAccess blocks access from unauthorized users just is still SHOWS the links.

For example, I have items I want user "123" to view and access. When user "abc" logs in, it still shows the "123" listings, it just give a 404 error when you click on them. I want user "123" to be the only one to see items for "123".
