Category-Item URLs not resolving to correct ItemID

I'm having a problem when the category items are displayed in the front end and are not getting the correct URL of the same menu ItemID that they came from.

Here is
healthy-recipes.baldwinpublishing.com/in...cid=1090&Itemid=3029

This shows a list of recipes in category-items. Each of the five displayed URLs point to an Itemid=1383 when the Itemid should be 3029

The code in the category_items.php file that is calling the wrong Itemid is
Code:
JRoute::_(FlexicontentHelperRoute::getItemRoute($items[$i]->slug, $items[$i]->categoryslug))

Using Joomla 1.5.15
Flexicontent 1.5.4

Anyone have any ideas how to correct this?
thanks in advance.

I have upgraded to Joomla 1.5.23 and to the FLEXIContent ver 1.5.5.

My problem still exists.

Site was being launched when we discovered this. It's critical that we resolve this as soon as possible. Do you have any consultants that we can contact?

Yes, we started with FLEXIContent ver 1.5.4 so our custom templates (recipe & article) already had these changes from the Blog template. To be sure, I reviewed the category_item.php file and $items[$i]->categoryslug exists.

Does the upgrade from 1.5.4 to 1.5.5 need to be installed through the Joomla installer? I used FTP.

Thanks for helping out.
