How to put flexicontent fields on Search Results? was created by glennc

Hello,

I would like to revise the Search results file (templates\my_template\html\com_search\search\default_results.php) to put a flexicontent field on the Search Results listing?

I want to put a flexicontent text field next to the item results link.

I've tried to grab the item's field by using
$lead = $result->fields->display;
However, it always comes up NULL.

I can get the link using $result->href

Hello,
An advanced search view (plus module and plugin) is being implemented in the v1.5.5r623+ by enjoyman.

I have not seen it yet, but probably includes something like that.

Some time more v1.5.5_final or v1.5.5_RC comes out ...
