Backup Flexicontent articles and categories

Hi.

I've two Web pages based Joomla with Flexicontent and i need to export the content for the first one to the second. I've been testing some components of the Joomla Extension directory but it doesn't work. It's a problem have to do the same in both Web pages.

Someone knows I can do a export of my articles/categories in flexicontent and a import of this one.

No, i've two domains differents and i want to export the categories and the articles (based on flexicontent) from one domain to another domain.

Is posible to import/export flexicontent articles/categories with fields, templataes, etc?

I've been useing akeeba backup, but this component make a backup of all my archives of my domain and i want a import/export of only flexicontent components.
