This code is to hide the fields that a user can not see or hides always the same field.

Always hides same field. The fields have only "view" privilege, i have some code to hide the fields, when editing based on this privilege but does not work on new item submit.

For each teacher when he sends his notes on the form should appear only filter field "select" with their subjects. The filter field of the all other teachers will be hidden.

Alosio, what i am making is of more general use. E.g. i have fields that are for administration use only and don't want to appear to the user or to anyone for view or edit.

Anyway is premature to say more, still thinking of a couple of things.
