How to ORDER by custom field was created by igcorreia

Hello,
how do I say to a category to be ordered as a CUSTOM FILED. I am missing the CUSTOM ORDER value in the ORDER BY.

If you select any field for custom ordering,
then the above ordering is ignored and the results will be ordered by your custom field.

Don't forget to select if your field contains number only characters or any text characters
