[solved] import items with file attachments? was created by kath

hi!

is it possible to import items/rows/records with a field of type -say- pdf-file?

if so, would i provide the local pdf-filepath? or would i upload the pdf, then provide the serverpath to my pdf? ...?

i use FC 2.0.0 RC9b r1601 and J2.5.9

Hello,
File field uses files added to the file manager Database in a protected folder, and currently you cannot import file-paths,

Currently only option, would be to manually insert the files in the filemanager, and then use their ids in the import CSV file, which i think is not worth the time ?
