Thumbnail cache expiration time in Blog-View was created by meteo

Hi to the Forumcommunity

I have a WebCam-Subiste with several Webcampics. I used the "Blog" template to list them.

swisswetter.ch/webcams

Flexicontent has grabbed the pics for the thumb once...

Is ist possible to force a new grabbing every hour or ecvery day?

Hello

these are generated by phpThumb ... so yes you can but it will effect thumbnails expiration time everywhere

edit file:

components/com_flexicontent/librairies/phpthumb/phpThumb.config.php

find line with:
$PHPTHUMB_CONFIG = ...; // ...

and set like:

Code:

$PHPTHUMB_CONFIG['cache_maxage'] = 3600;  // 1 hour

please note that this file is overwritten evey time that you upgrade FLEXIcontent
