Rejecting Content Submissions was created by Girault

We are using the FLEXIContent 1.5 stable workflow module and cannot get a State for reviewed::refection. Is there a way to reject content that's been submitted to workflow?

you can cancel the creation of new item, if any custom field returns "false" when it's onBeforeSaveField event is called, but that is in v2.2.1+
-- By rejecting above i mean do not create the new item,

but you mean something ? e.g. an extra state to indicate it was not accepted ?
i can suggest that you can try using an custom field that is edittable (ACL) only by admins

"Substatus" with values:

rejected, accepted, etc

that you can to do some filtering in the frontend to located these
