Hi - but can a new field - pull content from another content type?

The code posted works as it pulls content from content type "innovation" into "wheels"

Well if you have a new field type then you can add in it, your custom PHP code

but if your query is not executed like 10+ times, i think your code is good, does it have performance issue ?

So - a plugin would be better as we could apply the cache?

So - if we put a db call in the FLEXIcontent template - its querying all the time?

I am thinking because - this could explain the db issue regarding my other site - as its more that 10 times?

you can try making a single query,

e.g. to get value of ALL field of ALL item in category view, we are making a single query

you can try making your code to retrieve the needed data using a single query
