Category View - Hide the search bar? was created by raj87

How to hide the entire search bar in the category view just below the category name?
The search bar appears even when all items within it are disabld.

Hello

hhmm disable the place in "Slider" option it "Item Filtering" TAB

the form has several items like ordering and number of items

you may post a link to it

I would have posted a link, but by site is not live yet.

Did you man the "Lists: filtering" tab? where do i find the "Item filerting" tab?
I was able to get everything within the search bar disabled in the "Lists: filtering" tab.

yes "lists: Filtering" TAB

about the slider does it have inside it:
- any form fields
- or and boxes with info ?

Hello,

Actually, I had the slider with absolutely nothing within it.
I changed it to inline like you suggested, now it looks like I wanted it to.
