[SOLVED] Category page: separate leading items / other items

Hello,

Using another computer, I managed to save my configuration. (Still don't know what happened.)
Then I have easily set "Featured Categories" = Album fétiche in "Assignments" tab of 3 items.

As a result, there is a yellow star + label "Album fétiche" in these items of my list. (See screenshot.)

Interesting. Very interesting indeed... but still not what I want.
I'd just like to see my 3 "albums fétiches" as the leading items, i.e. on first row (thus bigger picture) on the list.
Possible? How?

Good night.

Hello

A solution to put them on top is to use "Ordering" column in items manager
- and then order your items by "Ordering number"

also you can give them a negative ordering number, thus if you later add new items the new items will always be after them

Another option can be to use a universal content module and select them via their category

Hello,

Good idea, but could you tell how to modify the ordering number?

In the list of items, it appears to be always 0.
When I modify one of them to another value, then press Enter, the page refreshes and all ordering numbers are 0 again.

Good night.

Hello

hhmm,
there is a save button at the top of the ordering column

do not type "enter" it will just refresh the page,
instead change all numbers or and then click the save button to save all the changes

- also later after you have finished with negative "sticky" numbers, you can just use drag and drop and then click save

Hello,

I can't see no save button.

Is there anything to change in a configuration anywhere to have it?

Good night.
