How,

exactly did you install ?
did you click download "Zip" and then upgraded via Joomla extension manager ?
I ask because it seems that you have an older version

If you did the above,
then install "Admin tools", In it click to fix folder / file permissions
and reinstall by clicking download "Zip" and then upgrading via Joomla extension manager

Yes, of course.
I downloaded zip and installed package in Joomla extension manager.
I fixed permissions in my server panel.
Also I fixed permissions using Admin Tools.
No result...
