How do I disable workflow and category selection?

I have a few questions...

How can I disable workflow completely? I want a user to create an item and have it published directly without any user intervention.

How can I hide the category selection from item edit?

How can I hide the state field from item edit?

go to global config in workflow tab check your option
create an item submission link menu and you have all options inside
to hide state field in front you can add css in your item form by type

for submission use "category override"
for editing we have ACL privileges

- "can change main category"
- "can change secondary category"

1. deny the above for your usergroups and
2. then use CSS to hide the container of them, you can add CSS in frontend form inside type configuration
