Hello

i found the problem

you have a type "Article" that allows Joomla article view,
- 1 URL is Joomla article view
- 1 URL is FLEXIcontent item view

some comments are marked as "com_content" component and some as "com_flexicontent" component

solution would be to
1. In type manager, enable redirect to FLEXIcontent item view
2. convert all comments to com_flexicontent

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
-- Add your voice to the FLEXIcontent JED listing with a 5-star...

Hi Georges,
First, thanks for your time.
Now, even with your solution, it's not working as the url have been changed but the Jcomments is not linked correctly.
After the change "Enable redirect to Flexicontent" (it was on "allow" before), i have a new url, but this url is different and the Jcomments are always separated.
I have now :
www.copaindescopeaux.fr/4-videos-de-menu...issage-rabotage.html
www.copaindescopeaux.fr/videos2/vid%C3%A...issage-rabotage.html

So i have no more "site_content" chown, but the name of the category in the link. As article is in 2 or more category, the problem seems to be the same...
What did i miss ?

Hello

now that you enabled redirection,

in phpmyadmin select the Joomla Database:
and execute:
Code:
UPDATE `PPP_jcomments_objects` SET `object_group`="com_flexicontent" WHERE `object_group`="com_content"
Code:
UPDATE `PPP_jcomments` SET `object_group`="com_flexicontent" WHERE `object_group`="com_content"

in the above SQL query, replace "PPP" with you Joomla DB prefix

-- Add your voice to the FLEXIcontent JED listing with a 5-star...

Ok.
I will try this tomorrow after a backup of the database.
It's better for me to stop today : need some rest :)
I go back tomorrow to tell you if that's ok.
And again and ever : thanks Georges.
