- the plugin has been updated to work with the new FLEXIcontent views (category based: author items, tagged items, etc)
- also the table of contents for multi-paged content items was fixed
but pagination for category view must be disabled, currently it does not work
(will be fixed soon)
- currently we only have an updated plugin for SH404SEF, (we will try to update for other SEF components in "near" future)

i have installed 3.0.14-rc3 and updated the plugin (sef_ext) and it works correct, but only if joomla cache is disabled!?
With enabled cache the urls are fine (/page-1, /page-2, /page-3 …) but content always is from page 1.
