Error 500 after installation

Error 500 after installation was created by greencrystal

Hello I have a serious problem, I have the latest stable version of joomla without any data and I install flexi content (last stable version) and the installation goes well everything is green but I click on the flexicontent components On the administrator side it gives me a 500 error ????

I do not have access to the flexicontent component (error 500) of which I click flexicontent after the installation

I am hosted on godaddy.com servers if this can help

I even try joomla 2.5 and flexicontent 2.1 and it gives me the same result ...

I am desperate since I can not find anything on the subject

Hello

You do not say if this is a new installation of FLEXIcontent
or if you are upgrading FLEXIcontent

If this is a new installation then you can just uninstall FLEXIcontent

(DO NOT uninstall if you are upgrading FLEXIcontent, as in such a case you will delete FLEXIcontent data tables)

Now about the error itself is the anything more than just "Error 500" ?

is outdate !!
please update to joomla 3 and flexicontent 3.1.1

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Yes it is a new installation joomla version 3.6.5 and flexicontent version 3.1.1

Yes it is a new installation joomla version 3.6.5 and flexicontent version 3.1.1 and i reintalling and its the same problem i try five time and the problem its came back all time
