Can't list items in alpabetical order

Is this in photo no. 3 the right place to do the ordering, cause i still cant get it right.
And what about a featured items, how could i put them in top of others?

yes, it is there,

also please note that "custom field ordering" will override your choosen order
so if you have enabled it in component parameters or in parent category parameters,

then besides selecting alphabetical order,
make sure that that you have disabled also the "custom field ordering"

finally the alphabetical ordering worked.
For the second part of the question, is there some way to take first some featured items, in alphabetical order always, and then al the others, alphabetical again?

Can i use: Item - Assignments - Featured / Joomla Featured View check box in some way to make these items to show up first in the view of items per category?
