try to desactived your module in front end (for javascript problem)

What module? I'm trying to edit content via the frontend, and when I save, the edits are not saved to the database.

for exemple gtranslate or other

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?

Your problem is different you are speaking of being unable to send a "save" ??? Please clarify.

This post says about "item edits not showing up". This is because the submitted content is saved as a new version but does not automatically become current version.

A user able to publish the specific content must click to edit it (in the backend), then load then click to load the new submitted new version, and then click to save.

--> This way the new version becomes current and appears.

Auto publishing will work only if the submitting user has permission to publish !!!

Regards
