Chenged permissions or the owener=>I can't upgrade was created by fesghel

Hi,
A while ago, my host changed the panel form CPanel to DirectAdmin, as a result, the permissions for files and directories have changed or something, so when I'm trying to upgrade to 1.5.4 I get this message:

JFolder::create: Could not create directory
Warning! Failed to move file.

Besides, I guess I'm the owner right? So is it usual that I have to change permissions from 755 to 777 so that J! can write to files?

did you try to upload all file in tmp folder and ude this fonction to install ?

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite being huge extension) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
