can't complete the post installation tasks was created by vlester
hello,
I've just installed on local host a brand new joomla website (1.5.23) to test the last stable FlexiContent version. I downloaded the version 1.5.4 but first I got the mysql errors mentionned here : www.flexicontent.org/forum/index ... =viewtopic
I changed the code as said and now the installation is done "successfully" but the problem is I can't validate all the post installation tasks, when i click on the installation default type and installation default fields tasks, it doesn't work.
I tried with the version 1.5.5 from the svn but same issue.
Any ideay why ?

maybe you didn't replace in all files ...

Latest in SVN is 1.5.6 beta and does not have this problem. No download package but you can get it from SVN yet, but soon. Please test with this.

Exactly there 2 files outside the installation for that need to replace strings.

I am having the same problem with my install.
1. Install default type
2. Install default fields
The two above will not upgrade.
