Upgrade issue - r1565 was created by scorpion_pt

Hi,

Updating from 2.0.0 RC9b r1561 to r1565 gives me the error:

Code:

Fatal error: Call to protected method JInstallerComponent::_rollback_menu() from context 'JInstaller' in /var/www/ca2012/libraries/joomla/installer/installer.php on line 392

Solution for this issue?
