Hover over thumbnails

Hover over thumbnails was created by chenz2

How can I replicate www.istockphoto.com/search/agency#3fa3a34 where you hover over an image and it auto opens the large image? Right now, I can only seem to have it where you have to click on the image to view the popup. Thanks!

Image field use these scripts to create popups:
components/com_flexicontent/librairies/multibox/js/overlay.js
components/com_flexicontent/librairies/multibox/js/multibox.js

So probably you can by changing these files ...

I got it to work! I just edited image.php and changed the class of multibox to 'preview', which brings up the hoverbox:

But what code do I use so that if I click on the image, it takes me to the details page of that item? $item_link does not work.
