I create a gallery in FC, and i need put the edit button in the category view.

FLEXIcontent is Free but involves a very big effort on our part.

You can copy code from item.php ... to category_items.php of your template

-- You must insert inside the loop that displays the items e.g. just before:
<?php if ($this->params->get('show_title', 1)) : ?>

-- Note in some templates e.g blog we have 2 loops one for leading items and one for intro items.
Also in custom template or older templates, the item variable maybe different than $items[$i]
