I cannot reproduce this , but anyway in a few hours there will be a stable build (we with many bugs fixed and closed issues), please test with this one first

also make sure
1. you are editing the correct template e.g. if you remove a field from template is it removed from frontend
2. check access level of mini-gallery field , for fields their access level is checked if frontend user e.g. guest does not have the required access level, then he will not see the field.
3. make sure you display the correct item and not a similar copy of it
4. test with latest build

Regards

It's all good now. Made a rookie mistake. Didn't realise I had to do an extra click on the images past uploading. Now the asigned images are displayed in the item in the back end view and in the front end as well.

Sorry for the false alarm. Thanks for your help.

Actually , it is not a mistake of yours only, i make such mistakes too ...

making FLEXIcontent easier to use is priority too ...

e.g. the mini-gallery field could display a small message "no images assigned",

it is just a small message but it is user-friendly and time saving ...

We have many ideas for making FLEXIcontent more intuitive

e.g. thumbnails for selecting item type with image popup on hover to make easy to SEE what every field does !!!!!!!

e.g. grouping field of item edit for in fieldsets or in TABS or slides

e.g. listing the items that a field has values !!!

transfering Fields/Templates configurations across your sites

etc. many ideas , just will be done in orderly manner ...

Thanks ;)
Those things sound really cool. Good to know you guys pay attention to usability as well as to functionality. I see a bright future for FC.
