Search for a teacher, as I want to learn about Templates.

Good evening;
First I want to apologise for my bad English, but I'll try to explain my need.

I am just trying to use Flexi, and of course I would like to create a specific template.
My problem is that I am not a developper, so I try to paly with the standard templates, but of course I am lost very quickly.

My request is simple : Is there some one, here, who is ready to spend some time trying to explain me how to create a template. I of course will give an explanation of what I would like to acheive, and I would like that some one help me in a kind of "step by step" approach, so I can understand, and be able to be independant at the end of such kind of training.

So if some body is ready to help, I'll be very happy.
