[disable strict] Upgrade J2.5 to J3 - Default article error was created by jeepstone

I've upgraded from a previous install J1.5 to 2.5 and then 3.

On one of the default items, I'm getting the following error:

you can safely ignore this warning

please disable PHP strict warnings on your local server (see our FAQ)
Disabling PHP strict standards warning on development servers

will check to clear this PHP STRICT warning too
