hide field in item-form by acl not working if field in group

hi there,

this might to be a bug:
My field shows up in BE-Item-Form for every user, even if it is configured to hide from certain users if the field is used inside a field-group. field group has multiple values.

Recreate like this:
1) create field 'test'
2) configure field 'test' like so:
2.1) "Item form" > "Values editable by (edit-values ACL)" > "ACL, hide field"
2.2) "Permissions" > all user groups have all actions set to ~'denied through inheritance'
2.3) "Permissions" > user group 'x' > action "edit values" > 'allowed'

Expected behavior:
- BE > user (in user group 'x') can see and edit field instances inside field's multivalue-field-group.
- BE > all other users can not see or edit field instances inside field's multivalue-field-group.

Experienced behavior:
- Wrong: BE > all other users see field instances inside field's multivalue-field-group.
- OK: BE > user (in user group 'x') can edit field.
- OK: BE > all other users can not edit field. (well, they see field, can type something, can press 'apply'. but value won't be saved.)

Have I misconfigured something? Or if it's a bug, can I apply some quickfix to solve that on the short term?
