[Minor BUG, TODO] Clicking on a file on the version compare modal, doesn´t work was created by jrodgar

The constructed url is mydomain.com/administrator/index.php?opt...fid=16&task=download

Interesting enough, without the "administrator" part, the url is valid

So... maybe is enough to change how the url is formed. But... maybe this approach would have problems with protected files? I don´t know

Joomla 3.8.1
Flexicontent 3.2.1.7

this is low priority bug
- but we can make a fix
github.com/FLEXIcontent/flexicontent-cck/issues/594

PS: Joomla 3.7.0 will make possible to create "SEF" frontend urls from backend
