There is a typo at css of gallery field. Console show "fcfont-icon" is used, but should be "fc_font-icon", so the buttons are not displayed correctly.

Hello

no, it is correct

fcfont-icon

is the correct class for using FONT icons in item form
- if you remove it then you will get IMAGE icons as CSS background !

in your case it is not the classname wrong !!

Your problem is that
Joomla icomoon has not been loaded by your Joomla template

If you want to disable FONT icons, then go to component configuration
and then go to TAB: Item Form
and then go to TAB: Item Form Both

Also in top-level TAB : "Advanced" (component configuration)
you can check if icomoon is forced to be loaded ...

Hello

To load
icomoon CSS

and thus see the font icons

add:
Code:
JFactory::getDocument()->addStyleSheet(JURI::root(true).'/media/jui/css/icomoon.css');

to the index.php of your Joomla template

Yes, I changed joomla template before and icomoon.css was not loaded.
Did not see there are 2 ways to display as img or font.
Thanks
