Creating Contact form with FC was created by brandonking

There are lots of Contact form extensions available but not integrated with FC.
But I think with some work, FC Team can easily create own contact form.

For example,
ContactForm - create new menu in FC
Category - Maybe we don't need it.
Fields - are all available.
Templates - are available too.

Only need email function and integrates with Type and Fields.
Basically, we want end-user to contact Admin or Article Author.

CASE: End-user Contact Admin
- connect to Joomla menu
- create contact form with FC fields
- send copy to submitter
- send copy to admin(or specified email for other admin)
- captcha

CASE: End-user Contact Article Author.
- create contact form with FC fields
- author receives email with article name
- Contact Author button in article
- send copy to submitter
- send copy to admin(or specified email for other admin)
- captcha

This can be examine for future version, but currently maybe none CCK is appropriate for this
