Sorting fields by Type in Editing Template was created by brandonking

Hello,

I have requested this before but just wanted to remind you.
When we are locating fields on template, it is very difficult to find where the fields is(I have so many fields).
It would be very nice if you could implement one of following.
1) Sorting option by Type
2) Separate group of fields by Type
3) Display fields in order(Field Id)

it a good idea !
maybe we can add it for next important realease with more option in editing template (css, tags view, search view)

Hello ggppdk,

Hope that you implement this in v2.0.1.
The easiest way, I guess, would be third option, Display fields in order by Field Id.
It won't take too much time for you. Maybe 5mins

This makes sense from usability perspective (we have thought this ourselves),

in fact most of your suggestions are good for usablile and feasible to implement

but it is too late for v2.0.1

Current Priorities:
-- (almost) bug-free v2.0.1
-- J3.x basic support

-- Flexicontent is Free but involves a big effort on our part.
Like the our support? (for a bug-free FC, despite having a long list of functions) Like the features? Like the ongoing development and future commitment to FLEXIcontent?
-- Add your voice to the FLEXIcontent JED listing with a 5-star...
