Add class to all type in parameters was created by bendeb

Hello,

I see we can add a css class in the groupmarker field type (and maybe others field types, but not all) and it's useful to style this field type in forms.
Is it possible to add this parameter to all field type ?

With this function, we can entirely style the forms.

Hello,

we have already added class in backend form that include field_id and field_name

to allow exactly this in upcoming v2.0.2

just must not forget to add to frontend form too...
