so to summarize (for future implementation, yes it is rather little work, but cannot do now):

-1- we add parameter in
a. category,
b. content type,
c. item
(and have)

-2- we use it when search indexes are created:
a. on item save OR
b. on index rebuild

... for changing "searchable" per item no Index rebuild is needed

because it will be done immediately, because item is saved

... but for changing for Category or Content Type, we need a warning that Index MUST be rebuild (but this thing will be done by administrator anyway)
