can you post a screenshot of your module configuration i think you didn't select any category

I worked again with it.

If I put a number in Address field and select Current category, display a map (what is in the map we'll see after)
If Address field is empty, show error
If select Fixed category, show error with empty field, with name of category or with alias of category. This new field don't show a list of categories to select one.
Could be that I need more info about what I must put in fields.
And I need know what it do it.
Have you a demo of it?
