Hello

the question is:
- who will be allowed to do this ?
i mean which usergroups, according to which ACL setting

e.g. can-"edit" or can-"publish" are not appropriate

so add new ACL setting ?

I agree that edit is not enough, especially those of us who use articles like a wiki. Delete ACL permission should theoretically be enough, however having a featured ACL option wouldn't be a bad idea. It could also be assigned to managers and above, however I understand that consistency is an important aspect as well. Any of the mentioned methods would be fine.
