Universal Content Module - Depending on current item tags?

yes, i forgot this
it works but it only works for "non-core" fields

It works for "Custom fields" that are using table:
flexicontent_field_values

so yes it will not work for tags or for categories !!!

We need to update our description of the module
to make the above more clear

e.g.
"Custom field scope"
should be:
"Custom field scope (non-CORE fields)"

done i have changed the language string here and in a few other places to make this more clear and consistent
e.g.
in fields management we use "User fields" instead of "Custom fields" term
so changed it to be "Custom (non-CORE) fields" instead of "User fields"

for CORE fields we have other scopes
- we have
tags scope
related items scope
category scope
