si tu as acces à l'admin c'est que le soucis vient du front
1 desactive tes modules un par un et test
2 desactive tes plugins un par un et test

ta un lien vers en ligne ?

Je crois avoir identifié le module qui bloque : Yendif vidéo share !

Lorsque je passe l'outil avant mise à jour j4, j'ai les alertes suivantes de plugins qui peuvent poser des problèmes :
System - Flexisystem, core tasks
System - Flexiadvroute, routing tasks
System - My Maps Location
linkymap System plugin
System - Google Analytics
System - Mobile Menu CK
System - Slideshow CK
