I think you haven't loaded bootstrap-carousel.css
If it still doesn't work then disable mootools by using jQuery Easy and test it again.
I had some issue with mootools as well.

I'm using Gk_music_free template

I have added the bootstrap-carousel.css inside this path : /templates/gk_music_free/css

and boostrap-carousel.js inside : /templates/gk_music_free/js.

I have uplaoded mynews.php file inside modules/mod_flexicontent/tmpl folder.

I've just uploaded Jquery easy plugin and actrivated Jquery 1.8.

The problem remains

I can not find bootstrap-carousel.css on source page.
Can you search css file name with Firebug and let me know.

Can you disable banner slide module on right column?
This might cause a problem.

I have unpublished the module.
the problem remains.
I don't think that this module may occurs problem as it's only an iframe from another site.

I have seen something else which may cause problems :
I'm using Nonumber tabs and slides.
Sometime when you change the tab (artistes a-I, artistes J - P, artiste Q-Z) the universal module mynews which is just after disappears
